How is works
Materials fall into the crushing chamber through the feed opening. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via the V-belt, making the moving cone swing continuously.
Materials are squeezed, bent and crushed between the moving cone and fixed cone.
The spring system provides overload protection: when uncrushable objects enter the chamber, the spring allows the discharge opening to expand automatically to let them pass, protecting the machine from damage.
Crushed materials are discharged from the bottom under gravity.
