How is works
The high-efficiency fine crusher adopts an impact crushing structure. Materials enter the crushing chamber from the feed inlet and are continuously impacted, collided and sheared by the blow bars on the high-speed rotating rotor. They are repeatedly crushed between the rotor and the impact plate.
Meanwhile, materials collide and grind with each other to quickly reach the required fine size. Qualified fine materials are discharged through the gap of the lower screen plate, while unqualified materials continue to circulate and crush in the chamber, finally achieving efficient fine crushing.
