1.Vibrating Feeder ZSW9638

This heavy-duty feeder ensures uniform and controlled feeding of raw sandstone from the hopper to the primary jaw crusher. It stabilizes feed rate, prevents blockage, and keeps the primary crusher running at optimal efficiency.

2.Primary Crushing: Jaw Crusher CX106

The CX106 jaw crusher is specially designed for hard and abrasive materials. Its deep crushing chamber and wear-resistant manganese jaw plates reduce abrasion from silica-rich sandstone. The hydraulic adjustment system allows quick and easy changes of the discharge gap.

3.Secondary Crushing: Impact Crusher PFW1315

The PFW1315 is the core equipment for shaping high-quality aggregates. Its three-stage crushing chamber and replaceable chromium-alloy wear parts enhance service life, while the hydraulic opening design greatly simplifies maintenance—ideal for remote sites in Cambodia. It processes 100–180 tph of intermediate material and refines it to ≤31.5mm.

4.Screening Machine: 3YK2160 Vibrating Screen

This triple-deck circular vibrating screen delivers accurate grading of finished products. High-amplitude vibration and anti-clogging screen mesh effectively prevent blocking from wet or muddy sandstone. The sealed structure lowers dust emission, meeting Cambodia’s environmental requirements for quarry and construction projects
