2PC double-rotor hammer crusher adopts parallel double-rotor structure (speed 600-1000rpm), equipped with high chromium alloy composite hammer head (life ≥ 4500 hours) and hydraulic linkage adjustment system, to realize the double-rotor differential reverse rotation, synchronous completion of coarse and fine crushing. The maximum feed size is ≤200mm, the processing capacity is 30-300t/h, the finished product size is stepless adjustable from 5-50mm, and the content of needles and flakes is <8%. Intelligent monitoring module detects the rotor balance, bearing temperature and vibration amplitude in real time, dynamically adjusts the distance between the two rotors (20-150mm) and feeding speed, and protects the machine from overload by shutting down within 0.3 seconds, reducing the failure rate by 50%. Hydraulic open box design (5 minutes quick start) to support the hammer head group overall replacement, modular grate screen plate (gap electric adjustment) to adapt to the needs of multi-stage particle size, -25 ℃ low-temperature anticondensation lubrication system and air-cooled cooling channel to protect the continuous operation. How is works
The material enters the crushing chamber after pre-screening, the parallel double rotors (speed 600-1000rpm) rotate in reverse with differential speed, the upper rotor coarse crushing (hammer head linear speed 35-45m/s) crushes the large pieces of material, and the lower rotor fine crushing (45-55m/s) with the adjustable impact liner for the second impact grinding to realize the “Step crushing. Finished products are discharged through double-layer grate screen (gap 5-50mm electrically adjustable) for grading, and over-limit materials are recycled for crushing by return system. Intelligent center monitors the load difference of double rotors in real time (accuracy ±2%), and dynamically adjusts the speed difference (0-20%) and feed volume to ensure uniform particle size (needle flake <8%). Hydraulic linkage system synchronizes the adjustment of double rotor spacing (20-150mm), adapted to wet materials, sticky materials, anti-clogging design.
