The Basalt Crushing Line Configuration & Equipment Introduction

The plant is designed with a logical flow of size reduction and classification, maximizing the performance of each piece of equipment.

1.Vibrating Feeder ZSW1149

The production line starts with a heavy-duty vibrating feeder ZSW1149. It stably and controllably feeds large basalt boulders from the hopper to the primary crusher. The grizzly bars can pre-screen fine soil and small particles, reducing unnecessary load and improving the efficiency of the crushing host.

2.Primary Crushing Machine: Jaw Crusher CX120

As the primary crusher, CX120 jaw crusher is specially designed to handle tough materials like basalt. With high crushing capacity and deep crushing chamber, it efficiently reduces large basalt rocks to about 150-200mm. The C-series jaw crusher is well-known for its stable reliability and low operating cost, adapting to the long-term continuous operation needs of Indonesian projects.

3.Buffer Hopper & Vibrating Grizzly Feeder GZG100-4

The materials crushed by the jaw crusher are sent to the buffer hopper, equipped with vibrating feeder GZG100-4. It accurately regulates the feeding volume to the secondary crusher, preventing overload and ensuring a continuous, unobstructed material flow.

4.Secondary Crusher: Impact Crusher PFW1320

The line adopts hydraulic impact crusher PFW1320 for secondary crushing. It uses high-speed impact force to crush stones, resulting in finished aggregates with regular, cubical shape—critical for high-strength concrete. The hydraulic adjustment system enables quick and convenient parameter setting changes.

5.Screening Machine: 3YK2470 Vibrating Screen

The 3YK2470 triple-deck vibrating screen completes precise classification, separating crushed materials into 3-4 specified sizes (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm). Oversized materials are recycled back to the secondary crusher for reprocessing, ensuring all finished products meet the required specifications.
