Core Introduction to the Production Line

The 100-150 tons/hour stone crushing production line is a high-capacity standardized crushing system with two design forms: fixed and modular. It is mainly composed of LC3000×4000 hopper, ZSW960×3800 vibrating feeder, PE600×900 jaw crusher, CS110/PYB1200 cone crusher, 4YK1860 vibrating screen and a full set of large-specification belt conveyors. The model of fine crushing equipment can be flexibly switched to accurately match different stone processing needs.

Designed specifically for high-flow, stabilized aggregate production, this production line can efficiently process various raw stones such as limestone, granite, basalt and river pebbles, and can also process recycled concrete and asphalt materials. The finished products cover various specifications of aggregates including 0-5mm stone sand, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm, which fully comply with industry quality standards. The finished aggregates are widely used in large-scale production of stone quarries, road engineering construction, mine supporting aggregate processing, large-scale infrastructure projects and other scenarios to meet the large-volume and continuous aggregate demand.

Compliant environmental design, suitable for multi-regional operation: Integrate dual environmental protection design of dust and noise reduction, the conveyor belt adopts rubber lining for noise reduction, and can be equipped with pulse jet bag filter as needed. The dust emission is controlled within 20mg/m³, complying with global and local environmental regulations, and can operate normally around cities and residential areas.

 5. Excellent finished product quality, controllable particle size: Processed by coarse crushing + fine crushing two-stage process, the finished aggregate has uniform particle size, cubic particle shape and low powder content. The four-stage classification of vibrating screen can accurately control the discharge specification, and the finished particle size can also be customized according to customer needs to meet the material standards of different projects.

 6. Stable and durable equipment, suitable for high-load production: The coarse crushing jaw crusher adopts solid steel frame + manganese steel jaw plate, with strong wear resistance and load-bearing capacity, which can process high-hardness stone materials for a long time; all production line accessories are made of high-quality materials, which can adapt to the needs of 24-hour uninterrupted high-load production with long service life of equipment.


Working Process of the Production Line

Realize fully automated closed-loop operation with precisely controllable feeding volume, unqualified materials are recycled for re-crushing without raw material waste, and no manual intervention is required in the core links. The specific process is as follows:

 1. Quantitative feeding, overload-proof conveying: After raw stones are put into the raw material hopper, they are uniformly and quantitatively sent to the jaw crusher by ZSW960×3800 vibrating feeder to accurately control the feeding flow, avoid overload shutdown of subsequent crushing equipment from the source and ensure the continuous operation of the production line.

 2. Primary coarse crushing with high crushing ratio: Large raw stones are subjected to primary coarse crushing by PE600×900 jaw crusher, which can process raw stones with maximum feeding size of 500mm and process them into 100-200mm block materials with high crushing ratio, laying a foundation for subsequent fine crushing.

 3. Secondary fine crushing for quality optimization: The coarsely crushed block materials are sent to CS110/PYB1200 cone crusher by belt conveyor for refined fine crushing, processing the materials to particle size close to finished products, while optimizing the aggregate particle shape and reducing powder production. 

 4. Four-stage screening with cyclic re-crushing: The finely crushed materials are conveyed to 4YK1860 vibrating screen for four-stage precise classification and screening according to 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-40mm specifications. Qualified finished products are sent to the designated area for stockpiling by belt conveyor; unqualified oversize materials are sent back to the cone crusher for re-crushing to form closed-loop production, ensuring zero waste of raw materials and all qualified finished products.

 5. Environmental protection supporting for clean production: The whole process is equipped with belt conveyors for material transfer, and environmental protection accessories such as pulse jet bag filter and rubber lining conveyor belt can be configured as needed to effectively control dust and noise and realize green and clean production.
