1. Raw Material Feeding and Pretreatment
Bulk ore raw materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder for primary crushing. A vibrating feeder with screen bars can be optionally equipped to pre-separate small-particle raw materials, thereby effectively improving the overall crushing efficiency.
2. Secondary Fine Crushing
The materials coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher are accurately conveyed to an impact crusher, fine jaw crusher or cone crusher through a belt conveyor for secondary fine crushing, so as to precisely control the finished product particle size.
3. Screening Classification and Finished Product Discharging
The crushed materials are conveyed to a vibrating screen for multi-level classification and screening, which accurately separates finished aggregates of different specifications such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-40mm. The screened aggregates can be directly piled and stored for external sales, or immediately applied to engineering sites such as road construction.
